Adobong Dalag with Coconut Milk
Ingredients
1 big mudfish (dalag)
1/2 cup vinegar
2 cups coconut milk
3 segments garlic
1 cup thick coconut milk
1 onion
Ginger
Salt
Preparations
Remove the scales of the fish and wash thoroughly removing all the entrails. Cut into desired pieces and put in a cooking pot. Add thin coconut milk, onion, garlic, pepper, vinegar, ginger and salt to taste. Cover the cooking pot and let it boil. Add the thick coconut milk just before removing the pot from the fire. Serve hot!
