Kilawing Tanguige Recipe

 

Kilawing Tanguige Ingredients:

1 kilo sea bass (tanguige); skinned and cut in cubes
1 cup white vinegar
5 tablespoons kalamansi or lemon juice
1 onion; minced
3 tablespoons ginger; minced
3 chili pepper; sliced in strips
Salt and pepper to taste

Kilawing Tanguige Cooking Instructions:

Marinate tanguige in vinegar for 1 hour. Drain, then add kalamasi or lemon juice, onion, ginger, and chili pepper.  Season with salt and pepper according to taste. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.

tanguige - is not sea bass
SEA BASS is apahap in Tagalog, while spanish mackerel is Tanguige like in Tagalog.

kinilaw na tanigue...binabad yong fish sa salt at suka for 1 hour,chop chilli,,bell pepper few colourfull one,,ginger,set aside,,when the fish is ready drain fish,,mixed all chilli,capsicum,,ginger,,lemon,and coconut cream,,salt and pepper,,add more chilli depending how hot you like it,,

tinolang manok,


karamihan sa mga pinoy mahilig sa sinigang at ginisa pro bihira ang nagluluto ng ginisang sinigang...

masarap ang ginisang sinigang lalo na ang ulo ng isdda tulad ng Tanguige.
