Ginataang Alimgano - 3

Ginataang Alimango Ingredients:

2 large alimangos (mud crabs); cut in halves
1 can coconut milk
1 cube fish bullion
1 segment ginger; sliced in strips
1 clove garlic; minced
1 cup squash carrot; cut in cubes
Salt to taste

Ginataang Alimango Cooking Instructions:

Mash fish bullion in 1/2 cup hot water. Set aside as stock.

In a large casserole, simmer crabs in little water until medium cooked. Remove the crab and throw away the water left in the casserole.

Sauté garlic and ginger. Add coconut milk, stock, and salt to taste. Bring to a boil, then simmer. Add crab and squash. Cover and continue cooking until little sauce is left. Serve hot!

Cooking Tip:

You can substitute carrot or potato for squash.
