Adobong Hito Recipe
Adobong Hito Ingredients:
1 large cat fish (hito); cut into pieces
I cup white vinegar
1 onion; chopped
2 tablespoons ginger; crushed
1 tablespoon garlic; minced
Soy sauce (toyo)
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 fish bouillon cubes
Pepper
Adobong Hito Cooking Preparation:
Remove scales of the fish and wash thoroughly removing all entrails. Cut into desired pieces and put in a cooking pot. Add onion, garlic, pepper, vinegar, ginger, fish bouillon cubes and soy sauce. Cover pot and let it boil until a little sauce is left. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Remove from fire and serve hot!
