Catfish Adobo Recipe
(Adobong Hito)
Catfish Adobo Ingredients:
1 large cat fish (hito); cut into pieces
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons ginger; crushed
1 tablespoon garlic; minced
Soy sauce (toyo)
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 fish bouillon cubes
Pepper
Catfish Adobo Cooking Preparation:
Wash and clean the fish removing all the entrails. Cut into desired pieces and put in a cooking pot. Add garlic, pepper, vinegar, ginger, fish bouillon cubes and soy sauce. Cover the pot and let it boil until little sauce is left. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Remove from fire and serve hot!
