Fried Chicken Recipe - 4

 

Fried Chicken Ingredients:

1 kilo chicken; cut into desired pieces
6 tablespoon fish sauce (patis)
1/4 tablespoon ground black pepper
1 lemon (or 6 kalamansi)
Cooking oil

Fried Chicken Cooking Instructions:

Marinate chicken in fish sauce, pepper, and lemon or kalamasi for 3 hours. Deep fry in hot cooking oil until golden brown. Serve hot!
