Chicken with Pineapple Recipe

(Manok sa Penya)

 

Chicken with Pineapple Ingredients:

1 1/2 kilo chicken; cut into desired pieces
1 can pineapple chunks (with juice)
1 egg; well beaten
4 cloves garlic; crushed
1 onion; chopped
1 can evaporated milk
Fish sauce (patis)
Powdered black pepper
Cooking oil

Chicken with Pineapple Cooking Instructions:

Sauté garlic and onion in saucepan. Add chicken and spice with pepper and fish sauce. Continue sauteing until all liquid has evaporated and chicken starts to brown. Add pineapple juice and chunks.  Simmer for 15 minutes.  Add egg and evaporated milk. Simmer for 3 minutes. Serve hot!

Cooking Tip:

Always dry chicken well with paper towels before placing into hot frying pan so it won't stick.

i've cooked dis manok con pinya just now 4 da 1st tym. Its yummy umm! Its worth trying to taste. I only spent 95 pesos for da recipie. U try it 2.

because don't have measuring the other ingredients. I think i can try the small canned of pineapple and eveporated for sure and about the patis and pepper its up to me how many i can put ;-);-);-)

paano pla malalaman kung anu ang size ng evap milk and pineapple chunk?same naman na in can ang twag dun?how tablespoon of fish sauce? no measurement applied??sana nxt nxt time mrn na,..tnx we will try this later hulaan nlng ng measurement,..godbless
