Chicken Binakol Recipe
(Binakol na Manok)
Chicken Binakol Ingredients:
1 dressed chicken
1 onion; chopped
4 cloves garlic; minced
3 cups of young coconut water (juice)
Few slices of young coconut meat
1 node of bamboo tube
Salt to taste
Chicken Binakol Cooking Preparation:
Dress the chicken and cut into serving pieces. Put all ingredients together inside the fresh green bamboo tube. Cover the bamboo tube end to end, tight enough so that the young coconut water will not leak. Place the bamboo tube over in a low fire until the chicken is cooked. Serve hot!
Cooking Tip:
You may use the coconut shell but don’t remove the coconut meat if bamboo tube is not available.

binakol sa bamboo tube is sa aklan province yan. try mo yung binakol ng mga taga batangas. luto nila sa casserole. gisa nila garlic, onion, chicken, at kunting patis o asin hangang sa maluto ang chicken tapos ilagay ang coconut juice, coconut meat, repolyo, at iba pang gulay. timlahan mo na rin ng asin at vetsin para malasa. masarap sya.

aside sa bamboo tube hindi ba puwede sa casserole ? mahirap kasi maghanap ng bamboo dito sa labas ng pinas.
