Pancit Bihon Recipe

Pancit Bihon Ingredients:
1/2 kilo pansit bihon; soaked in water and drained
1/2 kilo chicken; boiled and cut in slices
*Pork and hotdog can be a substitute or combined.
1/4 kilo shrimps; shelled
1 onion; chopped
1 clove garlic; crushed
1 carrot; cut in strips
1 cup cabbage; shredded
3/4 cup snow peas (sitsaro)
1 red bell pepper; sliced
2 cups broth
1/2 tablespoon ground pepper
Fish sauce
Soy sauce
Cooking oil
Pancit Bihon Cooking Instructions:
In a wok, stir fry the vegetables and spice with fish sauce until medium cooked. Set aside in a platter.
In a wok, sauté garlic and onion in oil. Add chicken and shrimps. Stir fry and season with soy sauce and pepper. Add the broth and bring to a boil. Season with more soy sauce if needed or according to taste. Add the pancit canton and mix well. Add the vegetables last and continue cooking, stirring constantly, until broth is completely dry.
