Kilawing Kambing

Kilawing Kambing Ingredients:

1 kilo goat’s meat with skin
*preferred cuts are from the thigh, loin, neck and shoulder
1 medium onion; sliced
1 root ginger; cut in strips
3 siling labuyo; chopped
1/2 cup vinegar
Salt and pepper
Soy sauce

Kilawing Kambing Cooking Instructions:

Spice goat meat with salt and pepper. Grill goat’s meat until all pink color of the meat disappers. Slice into long small slices (1-1/2” x 1”).  Set aside in a big bowl.  Blend with vinegar, garlic, onion, and silling labuyo.  Season with soy sauce according to taste. Let cool and ready to serve.

Try to marinate goat meat with kalamansi or lime or lemon, soy sauce, ground black pepper and minced garlic before grilling it.I'just sharing you my experience in cooking.
