Fried Farm Frog Recipe

Fried Farm Frog is a deep fried frog in cooking oil. One of the exotic dishes in the Philippines.

Fried Palaka Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilo palaka (farm frog)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tomato; sliced
  • Cooking oil

Fried Palaka Cooking Instructions

  1. Remove the head, feet and hands, skin and all the internal organs of the frog.
  2. Wash and clean. Set aside.
  3. Spice palaka with salt and pepper.
  4. Deep fry in hot cooking oil until golden brown.
  5. Serve in a platter.
  6. Garnish with sliced tomato.
