Dinengdeng ng Maynila
Ingredients
2 cups rice water
1/2 cup shrimps
2 ampalaya
2 cups squash
2 tablespoons bagoong
Water
Preparations
Slice the ampalaya and squash. Salt the ampalaya and squeeze to remove the bitter juice. Boil the shrimps and remove the shells. Boil the water, and add bagoong. Add the shrimps, squash, and ampalaya. Cook until tender.
