Filipino Leche Flan (eggwhites)
Filipino Lechen Flan (eggwhite) recipe is a dish consist of well beaten eggwhites, milk, sugar, and vanilla that is steamed or baked.
Leche Plan (eggwhites) Ingredients:
10 egg (egg whites); well beaten
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon teaspoon vanilla
3 moulds (lyanera) container
Leche Flan (eggwhites) Cooking Instructions:
In a bowl, mix the following ingredients: egg whites, evaporated milk, sugar, and vanilla. Pour mixture in the moulds and cover with aluminum foil. Steam for about 15 - 20 minutes. Remove from steamer. Cool it down before serving.

sugar to taste and 1 tsp. of instant coffee. the process is just the same. .
mg ksma ang eggwhite at egg yolks
just add diluted instant coffee to the egg whites and add the same amount of condensed and evaporated milk as what was used with the egg-yolk-only leche flan.
Steam the same way.

d gaya ng gumawa muna ng basic cream anglaise tas un ung gamitin na mixture para sa leche flan
much better na gamitin nalang ung mga white para sa merengue or sa angle food cake
kung walang oven beat mo nalang ung whites para gumawa ng fluffy torta hehehe
i think that the yellow egg-yolk with condense is for those people who are not conscious with their Body...

it turns out ok, pero mas masarap pa din pala ang egg yolk na leche flan but at least, there's an option what to do with the egg whites na left over di ba?
also, medyo parang bubbly yung finished product. hindi sya smooth tulad ng egg yolk ang gamit. mahirap din salain ang egg white na mixture.
lastly, wala kasi kaming steamer kaya i baked it for an hour.
all in all, masarap na din!
