Crabs with Jackfruit
Ingredients
15 crabs
5 green peppers
5 gloves of garlic
1 med. sized jackfruit
2 coconuts
Salt to taste
Preparations
Clean the crabs and remove the shells. Divide the crabs into two parts each. Grate the coconut and squeeze the juice. Have enough liquid to cook the crabs and the jackfruit. Peel the jackfruit and remove the core. Slice the pulp thinly in strips or to any desired sizes or shapes. Set aside.
Boil the coconut milk in a cooking pot. Add a few crushed cloves of garlic, the crabs, and the jackfruit and the 5 green pepper to flavor. Season it with salt to taste. Cook until done. Serve hot!
