Chopsuey
Ingredients
1 plate cabbage cut into small pieces
1 cup shrimp cut half longwise
1 cup broiled pork cut in thin slices
1/2 small stalks celery
1/2 cup kintsay
6 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
Pepper
Flour for thickening
Preparations
Prepare all ingredients as indicated. Sauté the garlic, onion, pork, shrimps, kintsay and celery. Season with soy sauce, sugar, and pepper. Add little flour with 1/2 cup shrimp juice. Cook until done.
