Binakol it Akean
Ingredients
1 chicken
3 cups of young coconut water
Few slices of young coconut meat
Bamboo tube (1 node)
Salt to taste
1 onion (chopped)
1 clove garlic (minced)
Preparations
Dress the chicken and cut into serving pieces. Put all ingredients together inside the fresh green bamboo tube. Cover the bamboo tube tight enough so that the young coconut water will not leak. Place the bamboo tube over the fire until the chicken is cooked. Serve hot!
