Ingredients

Big and small intestines of beef
Cooking oil
Salt

Preparations

Clean the intestines well with salt and guava leaves. Boil in salted water. When done, cut into desirable pieces usually an inch in length.

Cooking oil is heated in a frying pan and when very hot, the prepared boiled intestines are fried until golden brown and crisp.

This recipe is often served with drinks and cocktails. Serve with your favorite beer :)
