Asado Pampango
Ingredients
1 kilo of fresh ham (leg or pork)
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 clove garlic (minced)
2 tablespoon of cooking oil
2 bay leaves
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparations
Saute the garlic and when brown remove from the pan. Set aside
Fry the fresh ham. When brown, add the rest of the ingredients and cook over in a low fire until the ham becomes tender. Cut into slices and serve hot!
