Afritadang Dalag

Ingredients

Mudfish (dalag)
Cooking oil
Tomatoes (sliced)
Onions (sliced)
Garlic
Red pepper
Potatoes (chopped)
2 tablespoons flour

Preparations

Fry the cleaned fish and potatoes separately. Set aside. Put cooking oil in the cooking pot, then drop the garlic, onions, and tomatoes. Add a little salt, little water, and the potatoes. When all ingredients had been cooked, add the red pepper and the fish. Lastly, add the flour to make the broth thick. Serve hot!
