Adobo Pork
Ingredients
1 pound pork loin (chopped into chunks)
1 clove garlic (crushed)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon powdered black pepper
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup water
2 laurel leaves
Preparations
Mix all the ingredients together in a pot. Bring to boil. Cook in low fire until the pork becomes tender. Continue to simmer until a saucy consistency is achieved. Remove from fire and serve hot!
